When we first approached Johny Munoz from Firefly Energy, he was not really searching for a new lead generation partner. He already had one.
The problem was not that Firefly Energy did not have access to leads. The problem was the model behind those leads. Their provider was asking for 50% commission from every closed deal, which made it very hard to scale. Even if the leads were good, giving away half of the value from each project is a big cost for any solar company.
That is where the conversation with Enervio started to make sense. We were not offering another commission based model, and we were not asking Firefly Energy to take a big risk before seeing results. We showed Johny demo leads, explained how our solar lead generation system works, and offered him a no service charge test period where our job was to prove the system first.
The agreement was simple. Firefly Energy would only cover the ad spend during the validation period, and Enervio would work to deliver 10 sales qualified solar leads.
The Test Started on May 28
We launched the first test campaign for Firefly Energy on May 28. By May 30, only two days later, Enervio had already generated 11 leads. Out of those 11 leads, 6 were sales qualified leads.
Even more important, Johny closed the first deal from the campaign inside those first two days.
For a new campaign, this was a big signal. It showed that the leads were not just cheap form submissions or random people clicking an ad. These were real homeowners, with residential properties, verified contact details, and a real interest in talking about solar.
That first result gave Firefly Energy the confidence to continue, and it gave us proof that the system was working in their market.

From Test Period to Full Monthly Service
After the first results, Johny was satisfied with the quality and volume of the leads, and Firefly Energy decided to continue working with Enervio on the full monthly service.
This is where Enervio is different from a normal paid ads agency. We are not just launching a few campaigns and waiting to see what happens. The monthly service is built as a complete solar growth system.
For Firefly Energy, that meant combining Meta lead campaigns, Meta website campaigns, a previously developed and tested solar landing page, Google Search campaigns, SEO activity, and additional visibility work to help the company appear in more places where homeowners search for solar options.
Paid ads were part of the system, but not the whole system.
The reason we work like this is because solar companies do not need more disconnected marketing activity. They need a system that can bring the right homeowners into the pipeline, qualify them properly, help with follow up, and support the sales process after the lead is created.
The 31 Day Campaign
Across the full 31 day campaign, Enervio generated 103 leads for Firefly Energy. Out of those 103 leads, 45 were sales qualified leads.
In practical terms, that meant Firefly Energy was receiving around 4 leads per day on average, with around 2 sales qualified leads per day going into their pipeline.
By the end of the campaign, Firefly Energy had already closed 15+ deals from Enervio generated opportunities.
The campaign also produced an 8x+ return on investment and helped Firefly Energy install more than 200 kW of solar from the leads generated through Enervio.
For one 31 day campaign, this was a very strong result. But the more important part was what happened behind the numbers. The lead flow became strong enough that Firefly Energy could not fully catch up with every opportunity during the same month.
That is a good problem to have, but it is still a real operational challenge. If the sales team cannot reach every lead on time, some opportunities can be lost. That is why the Enervio follow up and sequence feature became important.
With the sequence system, Firefly Energy will continue following up with leads that were not reached immediately, restart conversations, and book new meetings for the following month. The value of the campaign did not stop the moment the lead came in. The system kept working after the first contact attempt.

Why This Campaign Worked
This campaign worked because it was not built around one basic ad, one landing page, or one simple lead form.
We used different creative angles, different hooks, and different campaign structures to understand what the local market was responding to. Instead of depending on one message, we tested multiple approaches and used the data to keep the campaign moving in the right direction.
The qualification process also made a big difference. A normal solar lead can be just a name, phone number, and email. That is not enough for a sales team that wants to close real deals.
For Firefly Energy, we focused on homeowners, residential properties, verified phone numbers and addresses, and properties without major shade issues. This gave their team a cleaner pipeline and a much better chance of turning conversations into appointments and closed projects.
The campaign was also supported by the full Enervio system around it. Ads created the demand, but the landing page, qualification process, follow up structure, and visibility work helped turn that demand into real sales opportunities.
This is the part many solar companies are missing. Lead generation is not only about bringing more people into a form. It is about what happens before the form, during the qualification, and after the lead is created.
Final Result
Firefly Energy started with a no service charge test period on May 28. In the first two days, Enervio generated 11 leads, 6 sales qualified leads, and Firefly Energy closed the first deal.
After moving into the full monthly service, the full campaign result was:
103 Leads | 42 SQL’s | 15+ Closed Deals | 8x+ ROI | 200+ kW Installed
In this case study, we are also sharing screenshots from the Enervio dashboard and examples of the leads generated during the campaign, so people can see the lead flow, qualification status, property details, and the structure behind the result.

This is what Enervio was built for: helping solar companies generate qualified leads, follow up faster, close more deals, and grow without giving away a large percentage of every project.
Testimonial
“Honestly, I was skeptical at first because Enervio was a new product and a different approach from what I had seen before. But after we started the test period and saw the quality and volume of the leads, I was blown away.
We closed our first deal on day 2, and in the first month Enervio delivered more qualified leads than our team could fully handle.
It helped us create a strong ROI, but also real growth momentum for Firefly Energy.”
