    1. Google API Services

    Enervio’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    When you connect a Google account to Enervio, we request only the ability to send email on your behalf (gmail.send) and to view your account’s email address (userinfo.email). We use these permissions solely to send the solar estimate and follow-up emails you configure, from your own email address, and to display which account is connected. We do not read your inbox, contacts, or any other Gmail content. Google user data is never shared with, transferred to, or processed by any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, and is never used for advertising purposes. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are deleted when you disconnect your account, which you can do at any time from your Enervio settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

    1. Artificial Intelligence Services

    Enervio uses OpenAI’s API platform to generate solar estimate content. The information processed for this purpose is limited to lead-provided property details (name, property address, stated electricity costs) and publicly derived roof and sunlight data. No email content, no Google user data, and no account credentials are ever shared with OpenAI or any other AI provider. Under OpenAI’s API terms, data submitted through the API is not used to train OpenAI’s models.

    When we update it, we will change the Effective Date at the top of this page.

    If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, through the platform, or by posting a notice on our website.
