We met David , founder of Florida Solar Coach and NetMetering.net, in July. During our first conversation, we presented the Enervio system, showed him how it was already generating results for other solar companies, and offered him a no-service-fee trial period to prove that it could work in his market.
David immediately saw the potential, and we moved quickly to launch the campaign.
The Third Lead Became a Closed Deal:

The early results were strong.
By the third day of the campaign, Florida Solar Coach had already closed its first deal. Even more importantly, it came from only the third lead generated by Enervio.
That lead became a residential solar project of approximately 14 kW for a home in Tampa.
This was an important early signal. The campaign was not simply generating form submissions. It was connecting Florida Solar Coach with real homeowners who were interested in moving forward with solar.
57 Leads and 4 Appointments in Two Weeks

During the two-week trial period, Enervio generated a total of 64 leads for Florida Solar Coach.
In addition to the deal closed on day three, the team booked four more appointments from the campaign.
The results demonstrated that Enervio could generate both the volume and quality needed to help Florida Solar Coach grow in the Tampa market.
Building a Better Lead Assignment System
As the lead volume increased, Florida Solar Coach asked us to create a more efficient way to distribute opportunities across its sales organization.
Based on their feedback, we developed a new lead-assignment feature inside Enervio. The company can now assign each lead to a specific team member or automatically distribute new leads across the team.
Once a lead is assigned, the responsible team member receives an immediate notification, allowing them to respond faster and giving management a clearer view of who is handling each opportunity.
This feature makes it easier for growing solar companies to organize their sales teams and scale without losing control of the lead flow.
Improving Pickup Rates in Florida
One of the main challenges we identified during the trial was the low phone pickup rate.
Homeowners in Florida receive a large number of cold calls, which makes them less likely to answer an unfamiliar number—even after requesting information about solar.
We have started implementing a new contact system designed to warm up each lead and increase the likelihood that homeowners will answer or respond.
We will share more details about this system and its results in the next case study.
From a Free Trial to a Monthly Partnership
After the results of the trial, Florida Solar Coach decided to continue with Enervio as a full monthly client.
The next phase will go beyond lead generation. We will continue developing a complete revenue growth system that combines qualified lead generation, fast lead distribution, team notifications, structured follow-up, and tools designed to help the sales team convert more opportunities into installations.
Final Trial Results –
57 Leads | 4 Appointments | 1 Closed Deal by Day 3 | 14 kW Solar Project
Some examples of the type of the leads we delivered:

Florida Solar Coach started with a no-service-fee trial so we could prove the system before asking for a long-term commitment.
By the third day, the third lead had already turned into a closed solar project. By the end of the two-week trial, Enervio had generated 64 leads and helped the team book four additional appointments.
That is what Enervio was built to do: help solar companies generate better opportunities, respond faster, organize their sales teams, and turn more leads into real revenue.
